Question Front LT1 to LS1 Brake Question

So I did the conversion to the LS1 Brakes to my 96 Z28. I can't find the post, but I read on another thread about needing to change the brake lines. Something about the front LT1 brake lines being to short. What I didn't see in the thread is what brake lines work. Anyone know what works and where to get them? LS1's? Custom?

Thanks

You would get better results searching in the LT1 modification sub forum. Here is a thread I found pretty quickly, check out post #10.

I haven't done this upgrade yet on my 96 Formy but I got my stuff with the LS1 lines included. Good luck,

Larry

I didn't think about posting or searching in the LT1 section. Thanks for the link

Just to close this thread up.
I purchased Russell Performance C5 SS Brake lines part number 692190.
They fit great, a little pricey though, when you buy the whole front LS1 Brake kit for $200, but well worth it since the LT1 lines would be stretched every time you turn.
