Default 28" tires, v6 springs, and hose mod

has anyone put 28" tires on with v6 springs with hose mod (or similar application)?

I bought micky thompson (ET streets) 295/50 R16 (28") tires and I am going to install the above --so what mods to my wheel well will I have to do? Or did you do?

What wheels are you going to put them on? As long as you have the right offset you should be fine. I am running the same mods you listed and didn't have a problem fitting 28" tall tires

you might need to bang in the fenderwell area, you probably wont need to roll the fenders because the stock wheels dont have an aggressive offset.

im running the v6 springs and the car sits maybe half an inch higher than v8 springs, biggest difference i noticed was that they ride alot nicer. however i havent done the hose mod

You shouldn't have to do anything but bolt them on.

V6 springs to get the rear to squat? Remember only the older V6 springs are actually softer, the newer V6 springs are the same spring rate as the V8 cars.

I ran a set of 1995 V6 springs back in 1999, car squatted like crazy...
