Default Still having nitrous problems!!! HELP

My nitrous has been acting up and i can't figure out what the deal is. I just got the bottle filled the other day so i could go spray it and see if it was still being weird....and it is....It cuts in and out when i spray it. I'll spray it and it will kick in for a couple seconds and then stop and then kick back in. And once in a great while it will spray the entire time. I was thinking it might have something to do with a solenoid? A friend told me it could possibly be my micro switch?

Any thoughts?

Check electrical connections. If those are good, it could be the solenoid.

Do you know for sure if the solenoids are clicking off and on? I would lean towards an electrical issue if things are opening. If it feels like a surging I would look into bottle position or fill.

I don't know for sure if the solenoids are clicking on and off. It just started doing this a couple months ago and it worked perfect before. I've had this setup on my car for almost 2yrs and i've changed nothing and everything appears to be hooked up and fine.

you can ck. for f noid opening by watching the afr drop when you activate the sys., just make sure the bottle is closed and use the smallest fuel jet. sounds like you are not sending enough current to the fn.
the n20 noid draws a lot of current and shares the circuit with the f noid, the condition is smilar to starving the f noid of current. since you state the sys. activated normally previously, then a your splices/crimps/grounds/relay would be my first choice to ck.

I just took a quick glance over my connections and made sure everything was tight. When i got to the micro switch one of the wires doesn't fit very snug. I snugged it up a little bit and took it back out and sprayed it. It didn't cutout at all (that time) i only sprayed it for about 5 seconds though. I need to get a new connector for the wires on the micro switch since that one isn't very snug. Maybe thats was the problem?

Whats it set to shift at? Whats the window switch set to turn off? I shift at 5700 and even with the 5900 pill in the msd it still wouldnt work. I put a 6400 in the msd and it works perfect.
