ok lets start with i have no ac, no smog pump, no power steering and also have a electric water pump i want to move the alt to the pass side head i went and got a smoking hawk relocation bracket where should i mount the tensonor for the belt

any one done this or can help that would be great

Having NO IDEA what the front of your motor looks like, all I can say is make sure you have at least 50% belt wrap on your pulleys (excluding idlers and tensioners)...
