Default Weiland intake vs LS6

I looked them up and the seem to be real close in power. Is this correct, or is it not? Im looking into buying a Weiland intake. Lets hear your thoughts on the two. I have just a stock LS1 intake now. Im going to buy LS6 heads, and a MS3 cam to go with the combo.

Unless you get a crackhead deal on the weiand just buy a ls6 or if you can swing it the fast 78 intake works good.

They are very close in design if not exact. The down fall of the Weiland is heat soak and they don't have O-ring on the sealing surface so they leak a lot and are very hard to get to seal! I have seen people take them and have the O-ring grove installed with good results on the leaking issue, but IMO its a lot of $$ for that intake and an LS6 is just as good if not better in a lot of respects and handles N02 just fine.
