Default will I need bigger injectors for ported heads?

I will be installing a set of trickflow 215s, will my stock injectors be able to keep up or will I need to upgrade them?

I did 42's in mine when I did my top half. For $200 do it once on a tune and forget it.

depends on the hp also. You never want your injectors to be running higher than 80% duty cycle and they pretty much go static at 92% of duty cycle. Look at the application how much hp you are going to be putting out and then choose correctly.

Here you go it helps in choosing an injector for hp needs;
