Default Different Plugs

I just finish my H/C swap and before i started there were a set of new NGK tr55's and msd wires on it. Now that the swap is done, The car runs like ***** when its cold and right after i shift it bogs a little and takes it a second to clear itself out. I have the gap at .050. Should I try a different gap or do you think a different heat range of plugs would work? Just tossin around ideas.

Did you get the car tuned after the h/c install? The TR55 is most likely not the issue.
