Default help in sugarland

Hey guys, I got a quick question...I had a cam only car and NTB had put some cheap *** oil in it, and the motor failed miserably. It ran dry and the cam was destroyed as wel as the oil pump. several options came up but am leaning towards a Pace Performance ls6 crate motor. I believe it has the cts-v oil pan, and what I am wanting to know, is will it fit without little or no mods? Also, am going to change the cam before I put it in the car, any suggestions which? Thanks for your help.

damn that sucks... why would your motor seize up, if it has oil in it it shouldnt just seize, the oil should still circulate right? maybe your pump just went out... how come you dont change the oil yourself so that doesnt happen?

Did the motor scatter or just seize up? Was it carrying oil pressure and will it crank over at all now?
