I have one, but I only use the back half of it (where the n2o and fuel jets connect) with my stock (screened) front MAF end and stock MAF electronics.

The NX MAF kit is designed to sandwich the stock MAF electronics, you disassemble your MAF and bolt on their two ends (and plumb nitrous/fuel accordingly).

I don't think it will work with anything other than stock MAF electronics.

I have the NX MAF kit and I love it. Simple setup.

As for fitting an 85 mm MAF, I'm not sure that will work. As Rob mentioned above, the kit is two separate plates that mate up to the center portion of the stock MAF sensor.

You guys are thinking about the GM Gemini MAF kit that has two parts that bolt to the front and back of the MAF.

The kit he is inquiring about is the "GM ONE PIECE MAF SYSTEM (CORVETTES, TRUCKS, ANY GM ONE PIECE MAF) 10LB BOTTLE". It fits all GM one piece MAF applications. 35-200 Wheel Horsepower.

GM HighTech installed one in a goat here: http://www.gmhightechperformance.com...kit/index.html

Here is the kit: http://www.nitrousexpress.com/produc...ils.php?id=763

What converter and trans build are you using? I thought about locking mine in 3rd, but I've been fearful that I would destroy my single disk clutch Vig. Or snap the input shaft.

4l65e hardened shafts, wide carbon band, alto red clutches, circle d converter. I have the converter clutch lock up when I shift into 3rd at wot. mph went up and loads the engine. you can also remove the ball and capsule on the input shaft fot a quicker clutch engaugment. It actually feels like another gear when it locks up.

I have an RPM trans and a circle D converter so it will hold..Not worried there
