Got some prostars was going to mount some MT et streets with a tube inside wanted to know if you take off the screws inflate the tire then put them back on or put on the screws then inflate the tire let me know asap need them for tomorrow!!!!

What screws are you talking about? Bead screws? Yes you must remove them before you attempt to mount any tire. Then reinstall them without stripping the holes.
