Sorry if this is a silly question but it has been bugging me for some time. I have a 93 Z28. At one point it was up on a lift at a Chevy dealer and I was told the car had a lift kit installed. Later on I was told by another mechanic that my car had adjustable suspension or something like that so that it could be lowered or raised. I am not the first owner of this car and I am wondering if what these people are saying about the suspension and a lift kit makes any sense?? If so what does it sound like has been done to my ride?

post some pics up of the suspension! maybe it has adjustable shocks or lca reloc brackets.

What exactly are adjustable shocks? I am thinking that may be what it is. I will try to have some photos taken and put up ASAP.
