Bigger injector's would need the injector flow rate table adjusted. There is no need for them till you hit 460rwhp.I run stock injectors on my setup with no problems.

IMO yes you will definitly want to upgrade your injectors if you are adding H/C. You have a 2000 which has the smaller #26 injectors 01 and up came with the #28 injectors. I have an 03 y body and after tuning, my injector flow rate was 80% by 4400 rpm. Most agree that puts you at risk for injector failure. Why take the chance when for $250/$300 you can upgrade your injectors???? My set up runs way better with Ford SVO #30's than it did with the stock #28 injectors. By that I mean my car pulls much stronger from 4500 rpm to 6400 rpm.You do not have to adjust the offset table to accomadate these injectors. Simply rescale the IFR table and the PE table.

Ok to wait for H/C. But if it were me I would do the injectors prior to H/C then tune. The reason is that I think it would be easier to run down any problems with the H/C install if going into it you had a good tune.
