Check to see if the emails are going into your Spam/Bulk folder, which happens frequently.
Are emails just coming in on a delay (up to a few hours), or nothing at all?
There could be an issue isolated between LS1Tech and your provider. What provider are you using? You only need to post the last part of the @ email address.
Sometimes the providers can flag the server's email as spam if there is a lot in a period of time, or if the threshold is reached of users reporting emails from the server as spam.

I got the same thing. Then one day I had like 50 notifications, and got random e-mails for PMs that I had sent/received last week.

I'm having the same problem. I haven't received a PM notification or a subscription notification in over a week. All settings are checked for notifications under my CP and nothing is being blocked, moved or deleted in Outlook.

There are car enthusiasts in the company, but they are "qualified" as most any such IT position requires some certification and experience. One thing to keep in mind is, when it comes to email issues, you often need to have cooperation with both parties. When a provider decides that the email server is a source of spam, sometimes based on the feedback of their customers reporting email notifications as "spam" rather than turning it off in the UserCP of the forum, the team has to go through hops to get the email server cleared before delivery can resume with that email provider. When you need cooperation from both parties and when you need to go through steps to clear the email server, which can vary, it can often take some time before the issue is cleared.

Sorry - it would have been your e-mail provider blocking our mail.
Verizon, Juno and Cox were 3 that I know of that were blocking our e-mails.
It took us ages for us to get them to unblock our e-mails, for that I apologize, we couldn't get a hold of the right person to "unblock us".

Maybe if those companies would hire some car enthusiasts to maintain their networks they would have less problems. :jest:
