Default Install cats/Tune affected?
If you have cats welded into an ORY-pipe, without 02's and extensions, will this affect your tune?

Are you talking about the rear O2's? Rear O2's don't do anything for the tune. They just let you know your cats aren't working.

If you have an ORY setup, and you just have cats welded in to the Y pipe.
