Does anybody know how much milling is done on the TEA 243s to get to 61cc?

Hey that would be great. I see your running a 224/230 cam did you have any PTV issues with the 230 duration and the 61cc heads.

That would probably be correct on a stock chamber but TEA cnc's the chamber out bigger to unshroud the valves so you have to mill more to get to 61cc.

Im also running 1.8 rockers. Im very close but no issues, I would say im maxed out on the ptv. I'm also running the lifters not tight preload. about .65 preload.
Heads milled to 61cc that should be about .020" but I'll check with Brian.

Got in touch with Brian Tooley and he said (For the Stage 2 Heads cut to 61cc)..
"They were probably milled .020"-.025"
He also agreed that the Stage 2 heads milled to 61cc using a stock MSL Gasket should be about 11:1 compression.

But as always those numbers are a guide you would have to measure your setup with all YOUR ENGINE clearances to get YOUR engines compression.

Hope this helps.

And if I havent said it before I LOVE MY TEA HEADS !!
