Default wont crank help please

hey all i have a 99 m6 and i drove to a gas station to get gas and the car worked just fine so i get there and stop to get gas and i left the key all the way forward for like 8 mins and when i went to crank it it will draw amps like its going to crank but nothing will happen it will bump start just fine but any ideas?
im going to try the starter wires tomorrow but has any one eles have this problem?

i dont think its that easy to say that its a newer starter i will find out if it is the starter tomarrow i will arch the connections and see if it works or not

then maybe a bad ground or connection with the starter. if you can bump start the car and it runs fine, i don't know what else it could be

fixed it it was the clutch ign switch
