I haven't heard the whole story but from what I've heard he hit a fire hydrant and then a tree in his driveway. I'm assuming he got cocky and tried to reverse out of his driveway as if he were in a James Bond film and hit the fire hydrant. I guess it is true - Asians can't drive. For him to complete the stereotypes, he would have to publicly declare the fire hydrant to be "racist against black people."

I would bet he got into a fight with his wife at that late hour of the night and just took off driving in his car angry and irrational.. That would be my guess anyway.

Actually its easier than you would think, just know the right name to drop and you are in. I worked catering for Westgate Resorts whose owner, David Seigel, is the richest man in the neighborhood and we use to show up at all hours of the night in unmarked vans and say here for the Siegel party or "dropping off" for Siegel and we would be in, every once in a while we would get a guard who asked for ID. Some guards really did not car and especially during the holidays when so many parties are being thrown. I know that neighborhood like the back of my hand and have done functions in most of the homes and there are also parts of the neighborhood that are only blocked by a hedge, they are getting better at securing it though. But it being the holiday of most domestic disputes I will agree.
