Will 265 or 275 tires fit on stock rims?

I’ve got the Michelin pilot sport a/s plus on my car. They are phenomenal so I would assume the summer tires would be even better. Here’s a tire calculator I think might help.

Oh I just have the fronts on and they are a touch bigger than stock.

In general a lower profile tire will have a harsher ride (bumps) and better handling (turns). You should also get a little more effective gear, which means a little more torque at the wheels. After I put Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S tires on my car (they came in stock sizes), the traction control tune is now basically unusable. The tires just roast, but when I had the stock tires it would hook after a little wheel spin and noise so it was easy to show off. I kept the stock size too. Different tires are more different than you might think, so reducing the size will probably mess with your ABS too. It's convoluted, but you can pick up some stopping traction with stickier tires, but lose any advantage because the ABS won't be optimized. I'm not trying to discourage you from running non-stock replacement tires at all, just spelling out some of the effects. Once my tires broke in I got better dry traction (with TCS off) and I get much better wet traction too. I just know that the computer can't save me if I do something stupid as quite as well as it could with stock tires.
In HP Tuners you can change the tire revs/mile value (in the same place where my final drive was changed when I went to 3.29s) so your speedo will be right.

I have thought about going wider in the front, say 265/40 18...but didn't want to risk any other changes in the car's handling, etc. I have seen a GXP with 235/50 in the rear...not sure how they are working for the owner/driver--the car was spotted as I was walking across a parking lot near my place.
