Get a socket that's almost the right size and hammer that bitch on and remove it. Or get some vice grips and lock on it and turn it. Just have some new ones ready to take their place.

theres a whole **** ton of different sockets designed for removeing them bu the best ive found is to use a 12pt socket that barely wont fit, hammer that ****** all the way on and use a ratchet to take it off, put the socket in a vise, use a puch to knock the lug nut out and repeat. ive had to do it several times now when the key broke

I used a socket with a nail (head cut off) to take up the extra space when the socket was hammered on. Came off pretty easy.
