What else will I need? LT1 - NX Kit 6 speed
To spray my 93 LT1 with the kit I ordered:
http://www.nitrousexpress.com/produc...ils.php?id=865
Got a really good deal on it, my cars a 6 speed, and I don't know too much, but I'm eager to learn about nitrous. I read all the stickies, and am not sure what else I will need to order.
Thanks!

Congrates on the new system.
There are many different options for accessories. We offer everything from custom switch panels to remote openers.
That a side there are basics that you will need for safety and to keep the system working to its full potential .
Here is a link that explains the basics.

You will need to change your spark plugs. Tell me how much power you make, How much you plan to spray, and what compression your motor is. I will tell you what plug to use.
You will either need a windowswitch or progressive controller with built in windowswitch.
Here is our windowswitch with built in TPS activation and gear lock out features.

Here is our progressive controller with the added features of our windowswitch.

For the accessories we offer some nice packages. My favorite is the stage 3.

On the plugs what should I go for
Compression on an LT1 is 10.4:1 or 10.5:1 I believe.
I'm putting down basically stock horsepower, with only a K&N intake, and plan to spray either a 75 or 100 shot.

For sure get the plugs out of there and go to a colder range.
I would highly recommend running a controller. I say this because too many disasters could have been prevented by simply using a device that disables the system if conditions aren't met. For example, activation below a safe RPM or activation past a rev control device. Take a look at the MicroEDGE controller...it does what other controllers only dream of.
If you have any questions please feel free to call us directly or shoot me a PM. Thanks!
