Default LT1 tuners in here

LT1 tuners, on a 94 ECM can you tune individual cylinders on this ecm? As in timing and fuel under WOT?

Not timing, but you can adjust the fuel to each cylinder, under cylinder balance. Be careful with this though

You can make individual cylinder fueling adjustments at idle, and part throttle up to 80% throttle angle. I can raise that to 99%, but not 100%.
Not a big deal to lower the TPS to show 98% at WOT. What are you using for individual cylinder air/fuel data?
