Stay where you at! Housing in VA Beach is expensive!! Try Chesapeake or maybe Norfolk.

If nothing else this is nice to read.

I am happy that Virginia Speed is busy enough to hire not 1, but 2 sales people.
Especially during the "slow" economy.

Congrats!

I have no experience, I live 4 hours away, I'm in school, I already have a job, and I'm not good with people.

Where do I sign?

Ditto If it was closer I would really consider it. I could go for a move from the automotive service industry to the performance industry

I don't need to make that much money but Shawn does need someone like myself. Selling pistons to an RX7 owner is easy.

Shawn. I am actually quite interested in this position. I've been wanting to move out of Maryland and into Virginia for some time now. Also my current job is probably going to start laying people off soon if they don't get their act together. I have a question though. I don't really have any sales experience other than I worked in a party store back in 2002, and have sold and bought items through the classifieds on different forums and what not. I do feel I have great sales qualities. I have personal skills and speak in a constructive manner. I'm also very honest, driven, and eager to learn and better myself.

Realistically though, I don't have much, if any, true experience in sales. If I applied, would I have a chance at being considered? I would just prefer not to waste your time as I would need some training in the area, however, I can assure you that I am a quick learner and a very hard worker.

Thanks,
Martin
