Default slp lid

so i have an slp lid with the air pump or egr hole on the side. the guy who did my cam and exhaust install removed the air pump and everything and filled the hole with a volant air filter. im tired of seeing that filter when i open the hood. how can block the whole? does slp sell a lid without the air pump provision?

The one I ordered for my 99 has a little black plug that goes in the side. If I am thinking right the 00 and up have a vaccume hose that goes there right? Anyway my guess would be order the 89-99 lid.

You should be able to find a plug for the hole. Like these:

I went to home depot. In the Hardware isle where you find bolts and nuts, there are drawers with bolts/ nuts/ washers/ ect. Go to the drawers and look for corks. There will be wood corks like, ones that look like they would go in a wine bottle, then the rubber corks should be pretty close to the wooden ones. You should be able to find a black rubber cork that will fit that hole in your SLP Lid. It needs to be a size a little bigger than your hole so it will squeeze in. I put a little gorrilla glue in the rubber cork just for peace of mind.

All the SLP lids have the hole, mine came with a blockoff plug (smaller than the one in the picture) that nobody really notices.
