one of my buddies had that cam, before he sold it it ran 7.02 in a 1/8th with a 150 shot, it was a 6spd. he sold it to a guy and he swapped the bbk intake for a fast 90/90 and ran 6.80's in a 1/8th i think with the same shot.. it was a cam only car with intake, headers, cutout, stock suspension.. pretty much cam only..

Sounds like they're trying to hard to prove that the cam is good for something. 5.00 gear and a 3020 raceweight. So probably low 11s for a good setup in a streetable car.

Custom is the way to go regardless of what this cam does or doesn't do on someone else's car.

I think my buddy has that cam in his 6.0 liter. Its got the truck intake still I think, and is in a 87 el camino. Ran 11.5's at 119mph

I would look at the 228 cams.
