Alright guys, heres the deal... I bought an 02 gmc seirra extended cab 4dr pickup for next to nothing, I am having some issues and am not sure if i want to resolve them and mod the truck or sell it and buy something faster... The plan was to leave this truck alone when i bought it but that never happens lol. So here are the problems and options. The truck is consuming coolant and oil... The rear main seal is retarded bad so im sure that is where the problem enlies, and im not exactly sure where the coolant is going... Could very well be a head gasket. I have a couple options here and i'm at a loss! I can either fix this truck and do a cam, stall nitrous... Or i can buy this very nice 02 lightening that has caught my attention. What are your thoughts on the matter? As easy as it is, DON'T BE LSX BIASED in your decision... be practical.

I would go with the Lightning. Those trucks are nice and can put down some good power and numbers.
