Question Rear Mount Cams?

I currently have a 232/234 112lsa cam. Didnt get to run it very long due to burning holes in 3 of my pistons thanks to LMR. Anyways while i have the motor out i want to put an appropriate turbo cam in it and was wandering what you guys thought..THANKS Chase

Take a look at the epp blower cam, or thunder racing turbo cams. Va speed can also spec you one. So your keeping the 347? If so any one of these guys can get you there on that set up.

I ran the epp blower cam in a 4xx vic jr patriot stg3 heads on a six speed. The highest I see was 813 710 on 17-18 psi mustang dyno on a 76mm gts

yeah i hear people talking about the epp cam,,but i thought alot of people were saying to do reverse split with rearmounts..and yes as of now staying 347..though a 383 might be what i end up doing with an lq4 block

If your crank is in order take that lq4 and drop your crank in it and throw in pistons and rods and you have a 370 ci for next to nothing. I tried the reverse spit befor and I dident like it. I sold it to a member here and he did dam good with it. I dident like the power band it peek way to early for me. turbos love rpm. But I like the epp cam easy on the springs and it sounds and performs good imho.
