Default guys help me out picking a tire size

OK making 630/669 through an m6 and a 9inch with 3.89's i ran a 11.24@128 with a 1.78 60'...... i know i know i need to work on the short times but those were done on a 335/35/17 hoosier drag radial.... sooooooo i am gonna get me a slick.. i just ordered a set of the greg weld/race stars and got a 15x10 out back.... now i just wanna know what size tire i should go with... 26x11.50 or 28x11.50... the nitrous kit is also getting pilled up to just over 700rw so i know i could use the taller tire for more mph out the back but what do yall think....

p.s. and i bet the short tims suck *** cause i am honestly being a puss about launcing the car... so i am getting a 2 step and like i said slick and gonna tach it at 5k and side step it and adj the susp from there... also gettin adj rear shocks.. so please help me out..

ill sell you my used 26 10.5s they have like 10 runs on them...honestly i wouldent go with much wider of a tire then the rim...your rather stretch the tire exspecially in your heavy car so it doesnt walk around on the bog end...

id a 28 10.5...but your goana need to leave HIGH like 6500/7000 i bet...

untimately a 28 10.5 will fit without too much body mods id stick them on there and gear the car as low as you can to still make the traps...

28x10.5S et drag and be done with it. You can mess with smaller tires and whatnot, but at the end of the day, this is what you are going to need. Leave the gearing alone you're fine there, you won't need to change that.

Leave off the limiter and get the car to work.

Listen to JL, he knows what he is talkin about. I have learned so much about tire, suspension, gear, and race weight setups from him and he wont steer you wrong.
