What Vin for LQ4

Question What Vin for LQ4
I have a line on a couple 05 LQ4's but my supplier needs to know what Vin designation I need, he has a "N" and a "U" for the 8th digits. I am building it to go into my 98 TA. Is 05 a good year, reluctor wheel etc.. once its ordered I own it so i just want to make sure I get what I need.

Answered my own question I think, "N" is LQ9 and "U" is LQ4. Anyone know when they stopped using cable and went to Drive by wire on these?
