Default Drivers side cat close to fuel lines???

I have read people saying flip the fuel line brackets upside down, and you will gain a couple more inches of clearance. Is there not a company that sells some sort of heat shield to put there? Personally, I would prefer that.

On the factory cats, there are heat shields in place to protect both the fuel and brake lines. Typically with aftermarket catted-y pipes where the cats are farther down stream past the factory heat sheilds, people will flip the brackets that hold the lines over to add a couple inches more clearance between the lines and the exhaust. It's just more for piece of mind than anything. Hope that helps!

Jon,

I actually believe he is using your new catted y.
Does he have any alternative options other than flipping the lines?
He is really curious if there is a way to add heat shields it sounds like.
