Do I HAVE to do body modifications to run 315's?

Do I HAVE to do body modifications to run 315's? right now, i have 275/40/17 up front and 295/35/18 in the rear. i REALLY want 315's, but dont want or even know HOW to do the body mods i've read some of you doing. I have a '99 WS6 on stock height and 18x10.5 wheels in the back if that makes a difference.
