I've been driving around in a 2000 Jeep Cherokee for the last 5 or 6 years. It has been a very reliable DD with no issues of being stranded, even when I thought it was about to sputter to a stop. Monday, after taking a weekend trip to Oklahoma for a funeral, I finally decided it was time to retire the Jeep in favor of something new. I went to the dealership with every intent to get a '07 Silverado extended cab with 4wd. Lets just say, I ended up with something even better than that. I have been enjoying my daily commute of around 130 miles a day in a 2009 Silverado extended cab 4x4 with the flex fuel 5.3L.

Sorry for the long story, but I recommend everyone to take one for a drive if you haven't experienced one yet.
