Default clutch or trans going out?

this is what it's doing guys.it shifts great into all gears but 3rd and 4th and it only gives me trouble with those over 4000 rpm other than that it shifts just as good as the day i got it(not saying much there) also it will pop out of 4th when over 4000 rpm 100,xxx mile original clutch hydraulics etc.I've heard shift fork bent, syncros, blocker rings. Even hydraulics. I ordered a LS7 clutch thinking about adj master mod with drill mod or maybe a tick master. Going to change the slave etc. while it's apart any ideas on what might be wrong in the tranny? Trying to figure what the trans parts are going to run. thanks guys

We can only guess, as will you until you open up the trans.. More than likely the fork pads have worn/broken on the 3-4 fork. If you open it up, don't put it back together without new billet keys, bronze fork pads, and steel fork.

www.thegearbox.org

get you a rebuild kit from here if you need one. Its best to tear apart the tranny first and look at everything and see what exactly you need.
