Default yellow goop in throttle body vaccum port and oil cap

Since i put a catch can on my car due to a broke pcv line i get a yellow goo in my throtle body and just noticed it under my oil cap the other day.the system is hooked up right.i used a diagram that i found on here.there is never any water in my oil when i change it.i suppose this is stuff making it past the catch can.any way to stop this?

I'm pretty sure that finding that goop on the cap is normal; not sure about the throttle body though...

Yellow under the oil cap means moisture in the oil. Make a lot of short trips? If you make a lot of short runs and the oil doesn't get hot enough to burn the excess water, thats what happens.

As far as the TB.......WTF? No clue.

I've had it once in my cap, I was like told Scira said it was from short trips and not allowing the oil to get hot enough to get rid of the moisture.

You're just now noticing it or you just now started making short trips, or it is weather related. It's normal.

It's in my 98 Ls1's cap as well... I thought something was wrong but apparently its normal for short trip cars, that's what the shop said.
