Default 2-3 shift not right

So i got my auto in this weekend and all seems well.

Its running on a stock 02 auto program and a PT4400

My car has 3.42's so I got a hypertech PP3 to make up for the gear change from the stock auto program.

well this morning it was banging the limiter on the 2-3 shift....so at lunch time i programmed the HPP3 to lower the shift point as low as it would go (i think it was -12 mph) but it is still banging the limiter (now 6600) not sure what the problem is....

any advice?

1-2 seems to work correctly...

Same here. Would Autotap tell me what is wrong with it?
Could it be my converter? If I can auto tap it where would I look under?

Sounds like it might be the 3/4 clutch pack. Does it try and pull or does it just totally let go? What about part throttle shifts? Do they work, kinda, not at all?
