vortec computers..all the same?? Ok , heres the deal. I am purchasing a 5.3 this weekend with the wiring harness to put in my 98 blazer. With the whole family loaded up and either getting on the high way or passing people is difficult from the lil 4.3.I was compteplating turbocharging the 4.3 but ran across a good deal on the 5.3motor and harness.
Now to the question,
Can i simply get a 5.3 tune loaded onto my 4.3 computer? If not do the pcms vary at all in the vortec motors?
