tunning ? swaped o4 lq4 into my 99 T/A used stock fbody cam an intake now when starting a have to hold throttle all the way open for it to start what do i nee to do to get it to run right

fuel not flooded got it to star and say running one time and ran fine shut it down to check a few things and it didnt want to start unless throttle was all the way open
