Default What exactly will I have to do in order to fit 315/30/18 tires?

I posted this in the Wheels & Tires section, but I doubt I'll get a response, so...

Ok, so right now, I have 295/35/18 tires on the rear of my '99 WS6, and they fit fine. The problem is, they don't look wide enough for me. I want some 315's, but know next to nothing about rolling fenders or using a bfh. My car is still stock height, and I was told a few different things.

What EXACTLY do I have to do to get them to work?

Order some 11" wide wheels with the proper backspacing, roll the fender lips, and potentially BFH the inner quarters.

I always felt it was a hassle to fit 315s on a 4th gen, especially when guys can run 8s in the quarter on a 275 wide tire.

+1 to that. I had 315's on my 02 Z, and with a prokit, it rubbed horribly, even on the freeway. More trouble than it's worth. Plus to jack the back up, you have to jack it up by the differential, wheels will hit the bump stops.

Well damn... That kind of changes my mind a bit. I wanted 315's more so for the looks than functionality. I mean, my 295's are fine, i just wanted something a bit wider. My friend has an '01 GT, and fit 315's on his car w/o any mods whatsoever.

like Tony said, the right 11'' wheel/offset and a BFH. I've had several combos in my old 4th gen.
