Default BFG Radial T/A - 295/50R16?

What do you all think about this tire, compared to other street tires? I need some street tires for winter and I was wondering if these would be a little more comfortable with my spool rear, since its taller.

Right now I have 26" goodyear gsd3's for the street and they are hell going around corners. Maybe also because they get so much better traction.

The car behaves so much better with the 28" ET streets on, but I want to protect them from winter.

Do you have the 28" tall tire in back? Either way, hows the dry traction on the street?

I have 28" tall MT ET streets right now, but you're not supposed to use those in really cold weather. Its down in the 20's every night here now.

I have 215s up front, and 295s out back.
Great traction. When I hit on the gas, instead of burning out, it takes off.
You wont regret man.
Youll need to use a spacer. Local Tire shops have em for 5-10 bucks.

Awesome man, thanks for the help. Do you remember what size spacer they used? I guess it wont hurt using spacers for the street to prevent rubbing, since you cant hook that hard. My MT's rub a little during turns, but I just live with it.

Actually yes they are man.
295s are meant for an 8-10 in tire.
Look it up.

So far so bad. Got my tires in yesterday and goodyear says they can't install spacers. They were saying that they could possibly pop out?? I guess I'll have to find my own.
