Radio, Speedo, Cruise Inop. 2000 Z28. Just picked it up.
The radio, cruise and spedometer are inop.
All fuses good. Stored code P0608
VSS "A" Output malfunction.
Any ideas.

That's a PCM fault code. You need to test the PCM. Unfortunately, I can't help you there. I did have a mechanic tell me that if you think a PCM might be bad, knock on it while the engine is running. If the engine stumbles, revs, or otherwise changes what it's doing the computer is bad. Other than that, testing a PCM properly takes some sophisitcated tools to test all the functions.
