Default MSD 6010 timing curve question

I'm installing a MSD 6010 unit on my EFI car, need the 2 step and timing retard features.
The timing pills that come with the unit seem like way to much timing, they have 35-36 deg. coming in at 6000 RPM.
My current setup runs 28 deg. max.

Setting the timing up top seems straight forward, but what is the best for idle and part throttle?

Any other 6010 users out there? What timing are you guys running?

Thanks,
Rick
