I did a few, drop the cradle and then drop the tank. Not difficult. Racetronix plug n play.

I was going to go this route but way too much trouble. We are opting to do an in-line as a backup but for now, my pump is sufficient without the magnavolt.

I don't think it is possible to just upgrade the in tank pump. The pump setup is very unique and looks like something from mars. I would suggest bypassing it and using a inline instead. Thats what I did.

No problems with both CTSV Racetronix units I used. Nope.

He is out of here for another week, I think he is cruising---if you hear any 'Drunken Man Overboard' stories, it may be him. Jamie replaced my V stock fuel pump, forget the brand used, but it is still in the tank. He considered an exterior set-up with an Aeromotive, but was able to avoid this $400+ option. I run without the Magnavolt, which I recommend everyone should go without, as they are very unreliable. 2c5s knows his shiat, if he tells you something it is from experience and wisdom.

The other advantage with going external is the ability to add multiple pickup points which would eliminate the fuel starvation that occurs on sharp right turns.
