The stock lugs are 12mm X 1.50, 19mm socket, open ended, conical seat (60* I beleive?).
You can get them from GM. Or you can get aftermarket ones that are chrome and don't need the plastic caps.

In that case, the specs I listed above will still apply other than "open ended" is now replaced with "closed ended". They are also referred to as Acorn style.
