I'm trying to decipher to what are you saying...

You said...

my guy took one of the o2 sensors out and one was already in so I get to the muffler shop
So you have 3 O2 sensors however you couldn't have 3 O2 sensors because you're running...

Ok I got my headers installed drove the car to the muffler shop Rubin str8 headers
So that leaves one because each LT header there is one bung for O2 sensors.
I went with a true dual setup with two hi flo cats one of the cats were bad I guess that's wat the muffler guy said car runs fine but kinda bogs at idle
Are these NEW high flow cats? If so those cats shouldn't cause your car to bog at idle.

right when I'm about to take off all four o2 sensors are in I got two glass packs what you guys think?
You can't take all 4 O2 sensors off unless you are running open loop the whole time.

If you want to make your car sounds like a farm truck go ahead put the glass packs.

Should I get rid of the bad cat and get a dyno tune? Do I really gotta tune my car if I only got LTs , lid, and true duals?

You'll probably need to get that rear o2 sensors tuned out so SES light will not come on. As far as cats go, you can either gut it and replace it a new one later on or get an off road Y and find someone in cali that could hook you up w/ your emmisions.

If one cat is bad, take both off. Taking one off won't help too much at all. O2 sims after that, and you probably won't need a tune. You can get a basic mail order for half the price of a dyno tune and you should be just fine with what you have.
