275/40/17 tires help... im getting some 275/40/17 tires from a friend cheep....and i need some new rims for them i got a 98 trans am.. and i was wondering what is offset. like the +(number) after the rims size. i know i needs some rims that are 17x9 but idk what the hell that offset number means.
