Default DTC lookup software

anyone know of a good program that looks up DTCs for free? i was using OBD2 DTC Lookup, but something about Windows 7 (or at least in my experiences) causes it to mess up when i try to search a code. i know you can get on here and you can google codes all day long, but this is for offline reference only.

i just hate having to get online every time i need to look up a code (although i have the codes for my rear o2s memorized)

Pay: http://www.aa1car.com/carleyware/tcode.htm

Pay: http://www.gendan.co.uk/codebank/dtcd.php

Free: http://obd2-dtc-lookup.software.informer.com/download/

There is also a free iPhone app that will do it as well. Search the AppStore for 'OBD'.

I run it on Windows 7 with no problems. Are you using Compatibility Mode? you should.
