Wink Can I Hook?

I currently am running 27-10.5-16 M/T ET streets and running 1.75-1.90 60ft.
I am considering going to M/T drag radials 295-55-15 on 10" rims. Car is a M6, 4.10 gears, N2o, cam, heads, STREET TWIN clutch. 530 RWHP. Suspension mods are: BMR torque arm, Ebach drag springs w air bag, 9" rear, Siphon cont. arms with lowering bracket, CE rear shocks, battery relocated in trunk. 3420lbs. Im I wasting my time or can I hook. If not I will just put the biggest M/T ET streets on the new 10" rims and be done with it. I wanted to run the radials if it will work because the fronts are M/T radial skinneys (Sportsman S/R). Thanks guys.

28x10.5 stiff sidewall ET drags would be my first suggestion. What pressure are you running those et streets at presently? I found my 28x12.5 et streets to hook best at 12.0-12.5 pounds

that's far too much pressure if these are the bias ply slicks, that would be my main concern for it not hooking. I started at 14psi and went down .5psi at a time until my 60' stopped improving.

I will try the lower pressure. Car was very unstable at the big end with the 275-40-17 on the front. It is much better now with the skinnies.

I tried 275-50-15 MT DRs and could only get 1.8s out of my car with 408rwhp. Switched to 27x10.5-15 OTPs and dropped into the 1.6s. That was on stock shocks, since then I added strange DAs w300#springs up front and comp 3ways out back. Still need to dial them in.

usually MT drag radials and a manual trans is a combo that will not work.
