Default HSW Microedge installed......RPM's are off??

I just got my Microedge to work and when I started the car, the RPM's on the microedge read around 4000rpms. Thats when my car is idling. Now I hooked up the blue wire to the tach signal like it says. Is there something not configured (I also have Interface)?

I also bought there switch panel that goes in the change holder place and the light also doesnt light up when I flick the switch? I tested the 12v and the ground and both work. Also the green wire from the microedge to the switch is also hooked up. Dont know why it doesnt light up?

check your settings on the microedge, there should be a setting to set for the right tach signal.

I got the RPM's figured out, but now the microedge is staying on standby when I try to program it. Also I switched something on the "trigger" switches in the interface so now it doesnt read trig voltage on the micro.

I give up, im gonna call HSW

Just give us a call...we can help walk you through it. Don't be afraid to change settings, its really the best way to learn. Just remember a simple key stroke will restore all of the factory settings.
