Solenoids not turning on???
First off I have the HSW wet plate kit with the Interface/Microedge installed. Everything seem to go along with the install so went to take it out for a test drive. My trigger on the Micro is at 4.35v with the max being 4.60. Also have window from 3200-6200. So I go for a test run and the Microedge says standby, then I flip the arming switch and it reads -armed-. I nailed it in second at 3k and pulls pretty hard, but doesn't seem like the 100rwhp that I have it jetted for. The microedge also said -spray-. I then turned the bottle off and disarm the system. Go for another test run and felt exactly the same (my motor just feels strong! lol).
Anyways Im not sure if the solenoids are turning on or not? I assume not if I didn't feel a difference. I tried testing the noids from HSW instructions by putting RPM min at 0, Leanout off, and Gear 1 select. I arm it and press the pedal and don't hear anything (key in acc. mode, not running of course).
So im confused, if the microedge is reading armed then spray when I nail it, would it be the solenoids not turning on? If so, whats another way to check them and what would cause them not to activate? I have them grounded seperately, do they have to be grounded together? Sorry for all the questions and long story

Check your wiring. I found it easier to figure out wiring problems when theres less grounds involved. make sure you have your relay wired correctly and that its working. Also one other thing to watch for, if the bottle valve is open, make sure your pressure isn't sky high. If the pressure is too high some time the noids wont open at all. I dont think that bottle pressure is your problem since the car still pulls like normal.

Well bottle pressure was low, around 650psi. I just had it filled a few hours before so the bottle was still kinda chilled. But still, it pulled the same the 2nd time around even when I closed the bottle and disarmed it.
Im just thinking maybe the solenoids aren't opening because I didn't hear them click when I tested them

I have them grounded on each side of the shock towers. Passenger side I drilled my own screw and grounded it (sanded paint to get good contact with metal). On the driver side, I connected it to an already existing ground.
But like I said, im gonna check out all the wiring again just to see if I went wrong somewhere. Man Im so anxious to get this going!!! haha

if its a wet plate kit and it pulled instead of bogged when you nailed it, then you must have setup something incorrectly. if it was a solenoid issue with either a defective solenoid or say a weak ground, at least the fuel solenoid would have gone off (less than 60psi keeping it closed vs several hundred psi) and it would have a noticeable bog.
my guess is you'll find your issue with how you wired up the relays.

UPDATE
Well I connected the solenoid grounds together as one. Also the black wire from the relay that connects to the brown wire of the microedge wasn't grounded, so I did ground it (It shows it as not being grounded in instructions).
Now when I went to test it again, one i armed it the solenoids clicked! But I thought I was suppose to press the gas pedal some?
Anyways went for a test drive and as soon as I armed it, it felt like it was spraying! I mean I was at 2800rpms in 2nd gear (window starts at 3200)and once I armed it feels like its spraying early because the car wanted to pull even with not much throttle applied. Does that make sense? So now I dont know if I have a wiring mixed somewhere or one of the settings on the interface/microedge might be wrong?
And yes bottle is at 650psi still, and I AM going to get a heater asap.

Sounds definitely like a wiring issue, especially if it fires other than WOT, not good. from what you stated seems the grounds may be some of, or the problem itself? don't be grounding something that the instruction don't say to ground, a you may end up with a fried unit. Step by step, retrace your wiring, and if need be put a tech ticket in to HSW as they will walk ya thru it.

Yeah Im gonna unground that black wire from relay to mircoedge. I guess I will have to trace all the wires again tomorrow after work. I already sent in a tech ticket yesterday but havent got anything yet.
Anybody know what settings to put on the interface for the trigger +/- and trigger power? Im sorry again guys for all the questions.....

Here is the wiring diagram: Just scroll down to page 6 and its the single stage nitrous kit with Interface controller and Microedge

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
Thanks cam, and lil ss for you help too. Talked to Matt at HSW and told me to restart the Microedge. Once I did that I re-tested it, and it worked!! Must have configured something wrong in the microedge to do that.
Now its time to get a bottle heater. Kinda pointless having the bottle only at 600psi right now! lol
