Make a tube with a flange that fits to the T/B and will fit with a tight seal around the hood.
Just my .02¢
one option is to fit a ring with a 1" land on it to the throttle body, and use neoprene foam to seal the ring to the hood - but that leaves filtration out of the mix.
A better option would be to fit a standard circular aircleaner to the throttlebody and build a circular tub around it, and use neoprene foam to seal the tub to the hood. You'll have to remove the support brace in the hood to make that work.

Was going to do this intake until i saw how much you have to cut... Was not worth it to me. Keep us posted, i would like to know how it turns out and some engine results.

If you could take the TB off, amkea ring out of sheet metal to go around it, and then put some thick somewhat high density foam on it, that would seal it to the hood.
As for an aircleaner.. I think you might be stuck there. You'll have to hack a TON of the hood out to get that to work I think...
Makes me wonder how close that intake is gonna be to a 5 inch sloped ws6 hood...
I like what you did with the IAC, that's prety cool too by the way.
