What is the guage thickness of the stock engine harness wires?

Default What is the guage thickness of the stock engine harness wires?
Anyone know off the top of their head what the thickness of the stock PCM harness wires are on the LS1's and Vortec engines? Is it 18 ga, 20 ga or 22 ga ?

Depending on the wire, I believe the majority are 16 gauge & 18 gauge. There are exceptions.

None are 16.
They are mostly 20 and 22, but some are 18, like the coil controls, grounds, and Oxygen sensor wires.

You're killing me... there is not 1 size wire. There are 3 different sizes all going in to the computer connectors. The size will depend on which item on the engine it is controlling.
